To maintain my results, I’ve started exercising regularly. What’s surprising is that I used to hate working out, but after my liposuction, I feel much more motivated. The more I exercise, the happier and more confident I feel. It really creates a positive cycle after body contouring surgery.

Due to frequent weight fluctuations since childhood, I had noticeable skin laxity in multiple areas, but my upper arms were the biggest concern. I had significant fat and loose skin, which made my arms look bulky. I always chose long-sleeved or oversized clothing to hide them, and even then, regular sizes felt tight around my arms.

After the surgery, the transformation has been incredible. My arm contour is now much smoother and more defined, whether I raise or lower my arms. My arms look significantly slimmer, and the sagging that used to bother me is almost completely gone.

The first 3 days after surgery were honestly the most difficult, with pain and discomfort when lying down or getting up. However, as time passed, the recovery became much easier. The bruising was less severe than I expected, and most of it resolved quickly.

At 6 months post-op, my scars have faded a lot. There is still slight redness, but my doctor explained that scar healing takes time and requires long-term care, so I’m patiently waiting for further improvement.

For aftercare, I focus on sun protection to prevent pigmentation. I always apply sunscreen when going out, especially on the treated areas.

What makes me happiest is how slim and toned my arms look now. I can wear clothes that are two sizes smaller than before. In the past, I relied on loose clothing to cover my arms, but now I feel confident wearing short sleeves.

Compared to before surgery, the stubborn arm fat that bothered me every summer is almost completely gone. I am truly very satisfied with my results.

I had abdominal, love handle, and thigh liposuction, along with hip fat grafting, performed by Dr. Yoosuk Chung. The lines in the areas where the fat was removed are extremely clean and well-defined. I was initially worried that the fat grafting might look unnatural, but it turned out beautifully — the curves look smooth and natural, which I’m very happy with.

It’s finally been a month! I had been counting the days, but time actually flew by. I was surprised the first time I took a shower because there was almost no bruising. I showed my friends who had liposuction before, and they were amazed, asking how it was possible to have almost no bruising. I think it’s because stem cells were used during the procedure — the bruising and swelling were much less than I expected, and the bruising completely disappeared in about ten days. The recovery was really fast. I guess this is one of TheLINE’s advantages.

Now that a month has passed, most of the major swelling has gone down. Although it will still take 3–6 months for all the swelling to completely subside, the armpit area and the front view already look much smoother, and my arms are starting to look almost straight.

From now on, I can also start exercising. I plan to combine it with weight loss, which should make the results even better.

I even watched Dr.Jaeho Cho’s YouTube video, where he mentioned that for an average-weight person, removing about 300cc of fat from one arm can create a beautifully defined arm line. Thinking about the future results makes me really excited. The more time passes, the happier I feel — every day after surgery, I can look forward to new changes. For my thighs, the procedure mainly targeted the inner thighs and the saddle area, and for my buttocks, only the gluteal line was treated.

I consulted with and had the surgery performed by Dr.Joongjae Baek. He mentioned that if too much fat is removed from the gluteal line, the buttocks could flatten, so he worked within a safe range to avoid that.

The swelling and bruising weren’t severe and went down quickly.

Six months later, it feels like my legs have always looked like this — I almost can’t remember what they used to look like, haha.

The recovery was pretty fast, and there were basically no issues.

You can clearly see that the saddle area connecting to my buttocks has been neatly contoured, and the inner thigh fat has reduced a lot. I’m really happy with the results!

I didn’t have a lot of fat to begin with, so my main goal was to refine my leg shape. Now my legs look straighter, and I absolutely love it.

I can’t believe a month has flown by so quickly! I’ve always had relatively broad shoulders, so I used to try to walk with my arms close to my body to make my shoulders look narrower. But that just made my arms look thicker, which in turn made my shoulders appear even wider — it was really frustrating.

After the surgery, the bruising went away quickly, the swelling wasn’t too bad, and in terms of pain, the only discomfort was a slight pulling sensation when I raised my arms during the first five days. After that, I felt almost nothing.

The first three days after surgery were still a bit painful, but as the head nurse mentioned, things gradually improved from day three, and I was basically able to go about my daily life.

The bruising was at its worst around days five to six, but by nearly two weeks post-op, it had almost completely disappeared. Personally, I felt that the abdominal discomfort was actually less intense than in my arms.

Some might think my breast procedure is a bit much, but I wanted to feel more confident and beautiful as a woman. So I decided to have 360° abdominal liposuction, axillary (side breast) and arm liposuction, along with stem cell breast fat grafting.

The liposuction was performed by Dr. Joongjae Baek at TheLINE, and the breast fat grafting was done by Dr. Yoosuk Chung.

At first, I was considering implants, but after consulting with the clinic manager, I decided on stem cell fat transfer. I’m really glad I chose a more natural result rather than a dramatic look — it perfectly restores the firmness and size of my breasts like they were in my twenties, and I’m extremely satisfied.

It’s already been one month since my arm liposuction!

I had a consultation with Dr.Joongjae Baek and went through the whole process — from booking to surgery — in one go.

During the procedure, we also treated the axillary (side breast) and bra-line areas, and I’m really glad we did it together!

I use my arms a lot in daily activities, so I have some muscle. While my arms aren’t bony, they’ve become noticeably slimmer, and I’m very satisfied.

Right after the surgery, the pain was so intense that every day started and ended with tears ㅠㅠ

The pain only lasted that first day, and from the second day onward, it was just a mild discomfort. The bruising mostly disappeared within 4–5 days.

Even while wearing the compression garment right after surgery, I could already feel my waistline taking shape.

Now that the swelling has gone down, everything has completely settled into place~!

I tend to gain weight easily, so usually even a little lapse in management makes fat come back, but my waistline has stayed perfectly defined ㅠㅠ I’m really so happy. If I continue proper care, it will look even more defined.

I was honestly a bit surprised at how fast my recovery was — I had surgery on Friday and was back at work by Monday.

About two weeks after the procedure, I was able to do light exercise, so I went back to playing golf right away. They removed 500cc of pure fat, and now I hardly notice any lumps or irregularities.

The best part lately is that my old pants have become loose! My abdominal lines are starting to show slightly, and checking myself in the mirror has become really fun.

I plan to continue exercising to create even more defined lines. I was a bit worried at first, but now I’m really satisfied and my confidence has improved a lot. I’m so glad I trusted Dr. Jaeho Cho’s skills!

I had all the procedures done by Dr. Yoosuk Chung~

As others have said, after about three weeks, I could really see the swelling going down rapidly. Right now, my swelling is a bit noticeable again because of PMS, but the important thing is that my weight is the same as before, so I’m really looking forward to my body lines during the “golden period” once everything settles!

The biggest difference I notice is in my abdomen and thighs!!

Even though my abdomen and thighs slimmed down, my legs look so much longer… hahaha. I can’t believe this was my body just a month ago… haha.

Since a relatively large amount of fat was removed, there’s a slight unevenness around my sides and near my belly button. But with post-op care, I can feel it improving day by day, so I’m not worried at all. The unevenness isn’t a side effect, and the doctor said it will naturally improve over time, so I’m just waiting patiently.

For post-op care, I’m going to a local clinic, and the doctor said in his 10 years of experience, he’s never seen someone undergo liposuction like mine and recover so well. Maybe it’s thanks to the stem cells ✨

After seeing how well my body is recovering and how the swelling is going down, I’m already tempted to ask for even more fat removal~ haha.

Now that I’m at the one-month mark, I think my “golden period” is starting, so I’m planning to start dieting.

Even without dieting, clothes that used to be tight around my arms now have at least a third of the room left, so I can finally plan my outfits and arm movements freely.
