Wide nose surgery
There are two ways of making the width of the nose narrow. One is alar-cinching or alar base reduction method in Korea with no exposed scars and the other is through minimal incision. Each method of wide nose surgery has its merits and faults, but choose the former unless the case is severe. Narrow nose width
