Membership Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Plastic Surgery Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”) and its members in relation to the use of the services provided through the Clinic’s website.
Article 2 (Definitions)
“Website” refers to the online platform operated by the Clinic to provide medical information, consultation reservations, promotions, and other related services.
“Member” refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms and completes the registration process.
“Services” refer to all online services provided by the Clinic through the Website.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)
These Terms become effective once posted on the Website or otherwise notified to members.
The Clinic may revise these Terms when necessary, and the revised Terms shall become effective upon announcement on the Website.
Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
Users may apply for membership by providing accurate information and agreeing to these Terms.
The Clinic may refuse or cancel registration under the following circumstances:
Providing false information
Using another person’s information
Violating applicable laws or regulations
Article 5 (Management of Member Information)
Members are responsible for safeguarding their account ID and password and shall bear responsibility for any damages resulting from improper management.
If a member becomes aware of unauthorized use of their account, they must notify the Clinic immediately.
Article 6 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Clinic protects members’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
The Clinic will not provide personal information to third parties without the member’s consent, except as required by law.
Article 7 (Provision and Interruption of Services)
The Clinic aims to provide its services year-round without interruption.
Services may be temporarily suspended in the following cases:
System maintenance
Force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances
Article 8 (Member Obligations)
Members shall not engage in any of the following activities:
Posting false or illegal content
Infringing upon the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
Interfering with the normal operation of the Website
Article 9 (Membership Cancellation)
Members may cancel their membership at any time. After cancellation, personal information will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Clinic shall not be liable for:
Losses caused by the member’s own fault
Service interruptions due to force majeure or other unavoidable events
Article 11 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mutual consultation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Clinic’s principal place of business.
