I recently visited TheLine Plastic Surgery in Korea for a consultation regarding liposuction of the abdomen, waist (love handles), and thigh ‘riding pants’ area, as well as fat grafting to the buttocks (hip dips / pelvic area).

You might think the number of areas is a bit 많… but these have always been my biggest concerns—especially my waistline and hip contour—so I decided to take the leap and try it.

After the consultation, I truly felt there was no reason to hesitate anymore. Although I was quite nervous at first, there was no waiting time, and the consultation environment was very private, which made me feel much more at ease.

I first explained all the areas I wanted to improve. The director honestly advised me on which areas were suitable for treatment and which were not strongly recommended. The consultant also helped me plan everything within my budget, aiming to maximize the results.

In the end, I decided to proceed with:

• Abdominal and waist liposuction
• Thigh (riding pants area) liposuction
• Buttock fat grafting (hip dips)

I learned that this combination is called “waist to saddlebags”, focusing on waist, hip, and thigh contouring.

The liposuction will be performed by Kim Yoon-geun, and the fat grafting will be done by Yoosuk Chung. Both doctors were present and carefully explained how my body lines would be designed based on my photos, emphasizing achieving the best possible curves while minimizing side effects.

On the same day, I received preoperative instructions and underwent blood tests. The entire process took about 3 hours.

Although I was initially a bit worried, after the consultation, my anxiety decreased significantly. Now, I’m feeling mostly excited and really looking forward to the surgery. I can’t wait for it to happen!
