Around one or two years ago, I was very passionate about fitness and worked out regularly. However, due to some health issues, I had to stop training. Not long after that, I was shocked to notice that my arms had suddenly become noticeably thicker.

I’ve always been someone who doesn’t easily gain fat in the upper body, so I never really worried about it before. But after building some muscle in the past and turning 30, it seems like fat started to accumulate more easily, especially in my arms. The sudden change was honestly hard to accept.

Later, while browsing Instagram, I came across short videos about arm liposuction, and I was instantly interested. I started searching extensively for clinics and real case results, and the more I saw, the more I wanted to proceed with the procedure.

Of course, I had some concerns—mainly about the recovery period and pain. However, I noticed that many people who had undergone stem cell liposuction reported smooth recovery and minimal side effects. This gave me a lot of confidence.

After considering my options, I scheduled a consultation at TheLine Plastic Surgery in Sinsa, Seoul. The consultant was extremely professional and confident, which immediately put me at ease.

Fortunately, I was told that I don’t have much muscle in my arms, so the results would be very noticeable. The consultant also evaluated my side breast area and advised that it was not necessary to treat it, but recommended including the back side of the underarm (arm root area) to achieve a smoother and more refined contour. I felt this was very reasonable, so I decided to proceed with both areas.

One of the most reassuring points was that the procedure would not significantly disrupt my daily life—I wouldn’t even need to take time off work. Hearing that made me feel confident that this was the right clinic for me. (Although, just to be safe, I still took some vacation time.)

Originally, I planned to visit two or three more clinics, but after meeting Director Jaeho Cho, I made my decision on the spot. His extensive experience and calm, reliable approach gave me a strong sense of trust.

Now I’m just looking forward to the surgery day. While it’s impossible to be completely free of nerves, I’m even more excited about the results and my future slimmer arms.

If I’m satisfied with the outcome, I’ll definitely come back to share my before-and-after results. And if the results are as good as I hope… I might even consider thigh liposuction next!
