Arms: Liposuction can be performed through a single small incision hidden within the natural crease on the back of each arm.
Front side: A single small incision placed between the creases of both pelvic lines allows liposuction from the lower abdomen down to the knees.
Back side: A single discreet incision near the sacral dimple enables liposuction from the waist down to the legs.

Using an excessive amount of tumescent solution during liposuction can prevent the surgeon from clearly observing contour changes in real time and makes it difficult to precisely identify which areas fat is being removed from. At The Line, we apply only a minimal amount of solution to gently separate the fat, allowing the surgeon to meticulously assess and sculpt the line throughout the procedure—this is an advanced, high-difficulty technique.

This approach minimizes contour irregularities and asymmetry while preserving essential protective fat around the skin and organs, enabling the extraction of the maximum amount of unnecessary pure fat.
