My arm line looks so natural in person that nobody can tell I had liposuction, and the noticeable scars are gone now — you can't see them at all!! I heard that around the 3-month mark is when the deeper swelling starts to come down, and that definitely seems to be the case! I wear whatever I want now without stressing about it, haha. I think stretching and working out here and there alongside it would make it even better.
