Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the website operated by TheLINE Plastic Surgery, as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and of TheLINE Plastic Surgery.
Article 2 (Membership Registration and Account Management)
A user applies for membership by entering the required information in the registration form designated by TheLINE Plastic Surgery and agreeing to these Terms.
TheLINE Plastic Surgery registers an applicant as a member unless there are grounds for disqualification, such as use of another person's identity or entry of false information.
Members are responsible for managing their own ID and password, and must not lend or transfer them to any third party.
Article 3 (Scope and Limits of Services)
TheLINE Plastic Surgery provides clinic information, treatment information, online consultation, booking requests and before-and-after photo viewing services through the website.
Answers given in online consultations are based on the knowledge of board-certified specialists, but they cannot replace an in-person medical examination and may not be used as legal evidence.
In order to comply with the Medical Service Act, access to before-and-after photos may be limited to users who have registered as members and logged in.
Article 4 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by TheLINE Plastic Surgery belong to TheLINE Plastic Surgery.
Users must not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast or otherwise use information obtained through the website (including before-and-after photos) for commercial purposes, nor allow any third party to do so, without the prior consent of TheLINE Plastic Surgery.
Article 5 (Membership Cancellation)
Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time, and TheLINE Plastic Surgery will process it immediately. However, medical records that must be retained under the Medical Service Act are kept for the legally required period regardless of cancellation.
