Under-Eye Fat Repositioning
Rather than simply removing under-eye fat that has become excessively prominent with age, TheLINE moves it into the hollow under-eye groove to even out the contour.
TheLINE
Uneven fat bulges and sagging under-eye areas
that make you look older, addressed all at once
Lower Eyelid Surgery
This surgery addresses excessive sagging and bulging of fat tissue caused by aging. When fat protrusion under the eyes is pronounced even without skin sagging, an incision is made along the skin line under the lashes to reposition the under-eye fat.
Lower Blepharoplasty
At TheLINE, lower blepharoplasty repositions under-eye fat through an incision made along the skin line under the lashes.
Rather than simply removing under-eye fat that has become excessively prominent with age, TheLINE moves it into the hollow under-eye groove to even out the contour.
Loose lower eyelid skin is excised and lifted, tidying an eye area that looked older because of fine lines and slackness.
Instead of pulling the skin alone, the orbicularis oculi muscle is fixed to the orbital rim to prevent the lower eyelid from everting after surgery.
Recommendation Target
It is effective when under-eye fat protrusion and skin sagging are present together.
Fat + skin sagging
When the lower eyelid skin is sagging and under-eye fat is prominent, the fat and the skin have to be treated together for the eye area to look tidy.
Skin laxity
When the skin of the lower eyelid is loose and stretched, creating fine lines and blurring the shape of the eyes.
Hollow + fat
When you want to improve a constantly tired appearance caused by the shadow that under-eye hollowness and protruding fat create.
Under-eye shadow
When the unevenness created by protruding fat casts a shadow that makes the under-eye area look dark, like dark circles.
Lower Blepharoplasty Steps
The procedure runs through five steps, from design to suturing.

DESIGN
TheLINE checks the position of the under-eye fat and the degree of skin sagging, then creates a design customized to the individual.

FAT REPOSITIONING
After an incision is made along the skin line under the lashes, the protruding under-eye fat is repositioned.

SKIN REMOVAL
The loose skin is excised and the remaining skin is lifted to tidy the eye area.

MUSCLE FIXATION
The orbicularis oculi muscle is fixed to the orbital rim to prevent eyelid eversion after surgery.

SUTURE
The skin is sutured along the lash line so that the incision line stays inconspicuous.
Before & After
TheLINE compares the eye area before surgery and 1 year afterwards, side by side.
