Our fat tissue holds an abundance of stem cells that support regeneration. TheLINE obtains these cells from your own fat and, in our stem cell laboratory, purifies them into SVF containing stem cells for use in a range of procedures. What are adipose-derived stem cells?

They are mesenchymal-lineage stem cells (ADSC) obtained from fat tissue. They can differentiate into various cell types and are known to release signals that support regeneration.

Why obtain them from fat?

Fat tissue is relatively rich in stem cells and can be harvested through a minimally invasive approach, so the burden is small. It is an autologous method that uses your own cells.

What is SVF?

It is a cell population isolated from fat that contains stem cells, known as the stromal vascular fraction. It holds stem cells together with a variety of growth factors.

Fat harvesting

Under sedation, 50-200cc of fat is harvested through a minimally invasive approach. The process is comfortable.

In a sterile system with an air shower, HEPA filters and a clean bench, the cells are isolated and purified from fat within 45 minutes and used fresh.
