The entire arm is treated through a single small incision hidden within the natural crease on the back of each arm.

FRONT BODY

Front side

A single small incision placed between the creases of both pelvic lines allows liposuction all the way down to the knees.

BACK BODY

Back side

A single discreet incision near the sacral dimple enables liposuction from the waist down to the legs.

※ The procedure is performed using a long cannula of up to 100 cm developed by Dr. Jaeho Cho himself, and thanks to advanced liposuction technique multiple incisions are not necessary.

※ Using too much solution makes it hard for the surgeon to sense contour changes and difficult to identify exactly which areas the fat is being removed from. The fat that must protect the skin and internal organs is preserved, and only the maximum amount of unnecessary pure fat is extracted to reduce contour irregularities.

※ Pump-assisted extraction devices that remove large volumes in a short time allow fat to be extracted quickly and safely regardless of the body area, and when necessary laser and ultrasound equipment is used to tighten loose skin during extraction.

What is removed and what is preserved?

The fat that protects the skin and the fat that surrounds the internal organs are left untouched. It is an advanced technique that selectively removes only the mid-layer of subcutaneous fat in between.

Sweeping through every layer indiscriminately thins the skin and leaves it uneven. Because what should remain is preserved, bruising and swelling are minimal.

What changes when the SVF is preserved?

An empty space is left where the fat has been removed. Preserving the SVF and its growth factors helps that space adhere closely so the tissue settles back into place.

Firmness and regenerative capacity in the treated area improve together. That is why the fat is removed and the SVF is preserved.

  Fat is removed from the flanks and saddlebags and grafted into the pelvis, shaping the continuous line from the waist to the pelvis. About 3 hours, performed under sedation.

  Fat in the jaw and double chin is removed through a micro-opening below the ear to refine the jawline. The treated area is then lifted to tighten the jawline and prevent sagging. About 1 hour, performed under sedation.
