Stage 2
Dissection to the navel
Dissection extends up to the level of the navel.
Stage 3
Above the navel
Dissection extends above the navel. This is chosen when sagging is also present in the upper abdomen.
Stage 4
Below the chest
Dissection extends up to the area below the chest. This is chosen when sagging is spread widely across the entire abdomen.
Stage 5, extended
To the lower back
