Consultation Process

How does the consultation process work?

A consultation at TheLINE runs through five steps, from filling out the request form to confirming your surgery date.

ONLINE REQUEST

Submit the online request form

Leave your name, mobile number and desired procedure on the quick quote request form. Adding your height, weight, surgical history and preferred appointment date makes it much easier for us to prepare your consultation.
CONFIRMATION CALL

Confirmation call from our staff

Once we have reviewed your request, a staff member will call you to explain the price range and the available consultation schedule. You can also reach us on our main line, 1899-0252.
BOOKING CONFIRMED

Consultation booking confirmed

We confirm the booking based on the doctor you selected and the date you requested. The confirmed schedule is sent to you again by text message or KakaoTalk notification.
CLINIC VISIT

Visit the 4F consultation room

Your first visit and consultation at TheLINE Plastic Surgery take place in the 4F consultation room. You are welcome to bring a companion. The consultation rooms, treatment care rooms and operating rooms are located on separate floors.
SURGEON CONSULTATION

In-person specialist consultation and scheduling

A board-certified specialist examines your body shape and the target areas in person, designs the surgical plan, and confirms the cost and surgery date. An online consultation reply cannot replace an in-person medical examination.

What should you prepare before your consultation?

Photo ID

ID verification

Please bring a photo ID for registration and identity verification. Minors require a guardian’s consent.
Comfy clothing

Easy to check

We examine the surgical area directly during the consultation. We recommend clothing that is easy to change out of and makes it easy to check your body contour.
Surgical records

For revisions

If you are considering revision surgery, knowing the date and method of your previous surgery and the implants used makes the consultation more accurate.
Medications

With allergies

Please tell us about any medications you take, chronic conditions and allergy history. These are essential items we check when planning anesthesia and surgery.
Photos

The contour you want

If you have a contour or look in mind, bring a photo of it. It helps us align on the result you are hoping for.
Consultation hours

Weekdays · Saturday

Consultations are available on weekdays from 9:30 AM to 6:45 PM, and on Saturday until 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
