Appointments and consultations : linking with Naver Booking, replying on the online consultation board, and confirming and guiding appointments through KakaoTalk Alimtalk messages.
Patient management : identity verification, delivery of notices, and handling of complaints.
Marketing and advertising (optional) : information on new treatments and event announcements.
2. Personal Information Collected
Required : name, user ID, password, nickname, email address.
Sensitive information (optional) : photos of the area to be treated, past surgical history, medications currently taken, and physical characteristics.
For Naver Booking : Naver ID, name, phone number.
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Website member information : until the member cancels their membership.
Medical records : retained for the periods specified by Korean medical law (10 years for medical records, 2 years for prescriptions, and so on).
Consultation and event applications : 1 year after the consultation is completed (if it leads to treatment, the medical law standard applies).

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

NAVER Corp. : linking with the Naver Booking system and identity verification.
Kakao Corp. : sending KakaoTalk Alimtalk messages.
Carelabs Co., Ltd. : operating the customer relationship management (CRM) system and sending SMS messages.
6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Clinic does not provide personal information to outside parties without the user's consent. Information is provided only where required by law, or where an investigative agency requests it for investigative purposes in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law.
7. Items Requiring Separate Consent
[Required] Consent to the collection and use of sensitive information - the information covers health-related details such as photos of the area to be treated and surgical history; the purpose is personalized cosmetic surgery consultation and treatment planning; and it is retained until that purpose has been fulfilled.
[Optional] Consent to marketing use and receiving advertising - you agree to receive information on events, discounts and new treatments offered by the Clinic via KakaoTalk and SMS. You may refuse this consent, and you can still use our basic consultation services if you do.
8. Use of Before-and-After Photos
The before-and-after photos published on this website were taken and posted with the written consent of the data subjects. Capturing, reproducing or distributing them without permission infringes portrait rights and violates copyright law, and may result in civil and criminal liability.
