What kind of surgery is an arm lift (brachioplasty)?
For those who have had a weight change of 20-30 kg or more from severe obesity, or whose arms have loosened after aggressive fat removal, it is TheLINE's specialized body lift that removes the sagging skin and improves the arm into a sculpted line.

Why is liposuction alone not enough?
Liposuction is a surgery that reduces volume. Skin that has already stretched is hard to bring back with suction or exercise, and in many cases the remaining skin still looks loose.

How large is the incision?
The incision range is divided from Stage 1 Mini to Stage 5 according to how much the skin sags. Some cases end with a horizontal armpit incision, while sagging across the whole arm extends to a longitudinal incision.

Can it be combined with arm liposuction?
When both volume and sagging are present, arm liposuction removes the fat first and the lift then takes up the loosened skin. The range is planned during consultation based on the degree of sagging.

AFTER LIPOSUCTION
After removing a large amount of fat in a single session
Cases where the upper arm sags after a large amount of fat was suctioned at once. The skin cannot follow the space the fat left behind, so irregularity and sagging remain.
EXERCISE RESISTANT SAG
When sagging cannot be corrected by exercise or liposuction
Cases where exercise or liposuction alone does not resolve the sagging. The stretched skin surface itself has to be reduced for the contour to hold.
