It's been three months since my arm lipo. The bruising cleared up a while back, so I've been living in short sleeves — including those in-between lengths I always used to skip. Now that the shape of my arms has changed, there's honestly so much more I can wear.
The scars? I forget they're even there. The incision sits in the armpit, where the skin folds naturally anyway, so it's hard to spot. It never really bothered me.
As for bruising and swelling — the bruises were basically gone within two weeks, and the swelling has been going down steadily since. It's hard to judge swelling on yourself, though, so I've been getting friends to squeeze my arms and tell me if they notice a difference.
Nothing much has changed since the one-month mark. No pain, no tightness, just normal life, same as before surgery.
