The shape of my arms is so much more defined than before surgery, and they look slimmer under clothes now — I'm really happy with the result. I'm not fully healed yet, but my arms already feel lighter than they used to.
The change on the underside of my upper arms is subtler, but everywhere else the difference is obvious, so I have no complaints.
The scars aren't very noticeable. There are still some faint marks, but I assume that's just part of healing.
I had bruising and swelling right after surgery, and both improved a lot over the following weeks. A few spots still feel slightly swollen or firm, and they're tender if I press on them, but nothing that gets in the way of everyday life or workouts.
Overall, recovery seems to be going well, and I'm glad about how the shape has changed. I know this isn't the final result, but I expect it to look even more natural as time goes on.
