At TheLINE, a private photo consultation lets us review the area by photo before your visit and answer you one on one.
Never posted on a public board
The photos and consultation details you submit are not posted on any public board. Only our consultation staff can see them.

How to Take Consultation Photos
How should you take and send your consultation photos?
Following the steps below lets us check the condition of the area far more accurately.

TARGET AREA
Capture the area you want to discuss in full
Frame the shot so that the area you want to discuss - abdomen, arms, thighs, face and so on - fits entirely within the photo. If the area is cropped or only partly visible, it is difficult to assess.

NATURAL LIGHT
In bright light, with no retouching
Take the photos in natural light or under bright indoor lighting. Photos run through filters or retouching apps make the actual contour and skin condition look different, so they do not help the consultation.

ALL ANGLES
Front, side and back together
A photo taken from a single direction makes it hard to judge left-right differences or volume. Please shoot from several angles, including front, side and back, and attach them all.

FITTED CLOTHING
Wear clothing that shows your contour
Loose clothing hides the contour. Please wear fitted clothing or something that leaves the area visible, and shoot against a simple background.

SURGERY HISTORY
Tell us about your surgical history
Our guidance differs depending on whether this is a first-time surgery, a revision surgery, or a third procedure or more. For a revision, please photograph the previously operated area so it is visible, and also select 'Revision Surgery' under the area you wish to discuss.

We reply one on one, using the contact method and time slot you left.

Method
KakaoTalk or phone
For a private photo consultation you can choose whichever is easier, KakaoTalk or a phone call. If you prefer KakaoTalk, please leave your KakaoTalk ID as well.

09:30 - 17:30
Leave an available time slot in one-hour blocks, from 09:30-10:30 through to 16:30-17:30, and we will contact you within that window.

Clinic hours
Weekdays · Saturday
TheLINE Plastic Surgery is open 09:30-18:45 on weekdays and 09:30-17:00 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays, so requests received then are answered in order on the next open day.

Discarded after use
The personal information collected and the photos you attach are used solely for consultation and informational messages from TheLINE Plastic Surgery, and are discarded immediately once that purpose is fulfilled.
