Main health changes Facial breakouts relieved, stamina improved

Hello! I am an aspiring actress chasing my dream. I will answer honestly, for anyone with concerns like mine, about how I solved the weight that never came off no matter how little I ate or how much I exercised, and the health problems that troubled me.

Interview

Q1(Question). Before you started, what was hardest for you?

A1(Answer). As a trainee, weight management was my destiny. But even eating far less than others and exercising myself to death, the weight would not come off, and it came right back the moment I let my guard down. As it turned out, I did not know that a PCOS diet has to be approached completely differently from the usual methods. My body was wearing down with no results, so mentally I was really worn out too.

Q2(Question). What concrete changes appeared in your body during the LAST treatment?

A2(Answer). The most surprising part was the health recovery beyond just losing weight. My chronic menstrual pain improved noticeably, and the breakouts that covered my face cleared up completely. Above all, my stamina improved so much that I can handle demanding practice schedules with ease. It feels like I experienced the proper form of a healthy PCOS diet, not simple weight loss.

Q3(Question). You said controlling cravings was difficult before. How is it now?

A3(Answer). My cravings were embarrassing, honestly. I relieved stress by eating, so I could not control it and blamed myself a lot. But during treatment, remarkably, my appetite started regulating itself. It was not about enduring at all costs - as my body settled, the false hunger disappeared. Thanks to that I now keep to my meal plan very comfortably.

Q4(Question). Is there anything you especially feel each time you visit the clinic?

A4(Answer). A trainee's life is a constant stream of criticism and evaluation. I only ever hear "are you not going to lose weight" or "why is your acting like that," and then I come to the clinic and the director and the staff give me so much positive encouragement. It was not just receiving treatment - I felt loved, and that was a great emotional comfort. That warm energy is what gives me the strength to keep going.

Q5(Question). Finally, a word for aspiring performers who feel like crying over dieting!

A5(Answer). Do not just whip yourself without knowing why the weight will not come off. Especially if you have a hormone imbalance like me, a PCOS diet with expert help is the answer. As my body got healthier my complexion changed and my confidence grew.
