Menopausal diet in my 50s InBody after the LAST Diet

Changes in weight and overall condition

Main health changes Improved chronic fatigue
Hello! Menopause started three years ago, and I had a lot of worries about a body that was not what it used to be and about my rising weight. Since 'health' was my top priority, I would like to share my own review of how I removed only body fat without overdoing anything.
Interview
Q(Question). What was the biggest reason you decided to start?
I was taking blood pressure medication and hormone-related medication, and I had been on medication for rhinitis for a long time and even had surgery for it. On top of that, menopause started three years ago and the changes in my body were beyond my control. Within a few months my weight went up 4kg, and about 5 to 6kg overall, and nothing I tried would take it off, which was so frustrating. What bothered and depressed me most was not being able to wear pretty clothes comfortably at work the way I used to, so I came in for a proper consultation.
Q(Question). Given your health, you had to avoid an extreme approach. What did you choose?
That is right. Considering my age and the medications I take, 'health' had to come first. As it happened, an acquaintance who had done it first and seen great results recommended TheLINE Plastic Surgery's LAST program. I thought it was a safe menopausal diet method for my 50s that would accurately assess my condition and proceed without strain, so I trusted it and began.
Q(Question). What was the biggest change you felt as the weight came off?
Remarkably, I clearly felt 'body fat' decreasing rather than just the number on the scale. About 5kg of body fat alone came off, and when I went to year-end gatherings, people spotted the weight loss right away. Usually, when you push too hard on a menopausal diet in your 50s your face takes the hit, but instead I heard many compliments like "you lost weight but your facial skin looks brighter and better."
Q(Question). Finishing this program, what were you most satisfied with?
That I lost weight healthily by balancing my own body, without relying on the currently popular obesity medications like Wegovy or Mounjaro. Those drugs suppress appetite and take the weight off quickly, so muscle, which is life itself for someone in their 50s, disappears fast and the face easily sags and looks older.
By contrast, because I chose a menopausal diet for my 50s that removes only body fat instead of drugs that make you starve, my weight came down without muscle loss and my basic stamina actually improved. Being able to change this healthily and beautifully without putting chemical strain on my body was the most complete and satisfying experience.
