Hello, this is TheLINE Plastic Surgery. This time we would like to introduce the case of a patient who underwent Heogolseung surgery with Dr. Jaeho Cho!
Heogolseung surgery is a signature procedure of TheLINE Plastic Surgery, combining thigh liposuction, saddlebag liposuction and hip fat grafting into a three-dimensional contouring liposuction that changes the lower body line into something smoother and more beautiful.
This is the patient's pre-operative photo. The patient is 165cm and 62kg, a type with fat excessively concentrated in the thighs. She was also concerned that her side line did not look good because of hip dips and the prominence of her front thighs. This body shape is a problem many women experience, and in particular, when the proportions of the thighs, hips and buttocks do not match, it can affect the overall silhouette.
To resolve the patient's concerns, we first performed thigh liposuction. In this step we effectively removed the fat concentrated in the thighs, creating a slimmer line. We also suctioned fat from the saddlebag area, focusing on balancing the lower body as a whole.
This is the photo taken 2 weeks after surgery. Even in this short period of 2 weeks, you can see the thighs have changed to look slim. After the thigh liposuction, we also performed hip fat grafting to fill the harvested fat into the hip area. Because the removed fat was used to add volume to the hips, the patient's lower body line changed to look more feminine and balanced.
This is the photo taken 1 month after surgery. Wearing leggings, the change in line was even more apparent. By around 1 month after surgery, the swelling goes down and daily life becomes possible without much difficulty. ^^
This is the photo taken 4 months after surgery. She is wearing the same jeans as in the pre-operative photo. Can you see the clear difference? With the Heogolseung surgery, by removing the unnecessary fat from the thighs and adding volume to the hips, the patient was able to complete a healthy and attractive body line. After the surgery the patient told us she brought about a positive change for herself, and that it helped her a great deal in becoming a more confident version of herself. ^^
