Hello. This is TheLINE Plastic Surgery. This time I would like to introduce the case of a patient who underwent arm liposuction with Dr. Jungjae Baek!
The arms are the area most visible when wearing sleeveless or fitted clothing, so fat in that area tends to be a source of considerable concern. To create a harmonious, smooth arm line without removing too much, it is important to carefully assess each individual's skin firmness, muscle strength and so on.

The patient was 154cm, 44kg with a slim frame, but fat was concentrated only on her arms, which caused her stress. She told us that even when she dieted, the fat on her arms would not come off. Before surgery we gave her a thorough consultation with full explanations of the expected result and the surgical process, and reflecting her concerns we planned to perform 270° arm liposuction together with surgery on the upper arm root, so that the axillary breast tissue area she was most concerned about would be resolved and at the same time the overall arm line would become smoother.
This is the photo at two weeks after surgery. During the procedure we suctioned the fat of the arm area precisely, so that a natural line suited to the patient's body shape would form. In particular, we operated meticulously to create a balanced result, taking into account the inner and outer arm as well as the shoulder line.
This is the photo at three months after surgery. You can see that the fat in the axillary breast tissue area she had been concerned about has been refined, and that even from behind it no longer stands out but looks neat.
During the recovery period after surgery the patient felt great satisfaction looking at her changed arms, and as the weeks passed the swelling went down and the arm line became more attractive. She told us that she can now confidently wear short-sleeved and sleeveless clothes, and that she takes part in outings with friends looking livelier and more confident. ^^
