Hello. This is TheLINE Plastic Surgery. This time I would like to introduce the case of a patient who underwent saddlebag liposuction and hip joint fat grafting with Dr. Yoosuk Chung!
Saddlebags refer to the flesh that protrudes on the outer thigh. The outer thigh, that is the saddlebag area, is one of the areas of the female body where fat accumulates most and where cellulite forms easily.
Because it does not flow smoothly from the pelvis into the thigh but juts out, many women think they would like to resolve it. Since saddlebags accumulate fat easily and cellulite forms very readily, they are not easy to improve with ordinary dieting alone and require a great deal of time and effort. If you wish to improve your saddlebags, you can do so through liposuction.

This is the patient's pre-operative photo. The patient was 163cm, 51kg, and we planned surgery to bring out her line a little more by making the thighs straight and adding volume to the pelvis.

This is the photo at three days after surgery. Some bruising still remains, but we could observe that after surgery the line had changed into a more feminine body with fuller volume. When excess flesh on the thighs is refined through suction, it not only creates the body line you want but also makes the legs look longer overall.

This is the photo at one month after surgery. When fat grafting is performed to add volume to the hollowed hip joint area, the lower body line can change into something much smoother and slimmer.
