I'm at a normal weight but my body fat percentage is on the high side, so I had a lot of soft fat all over and my body shape had no clear line. Now it feels like all that softness has been tidied up. Rather than looking dramatically thin, the biggest thing I notice is how much cleaner my silhouette looks in clothes. My waist and thighs especially feel clearly defined, and I'm satisfied with that. There aren't many scars and they're small, so they don't really stand out. If you look closely there are still faint traces, but they've faded a lot over time. Recovery was also better than I had expected. The bruising and swelling were worst in the first 2-3 weeks and mostly went down after about a month. Now there's basically no bruising or swelling and no discomfort in daily life at all. At 9 months I feel like my current line is essentially the final one, and rather than expecting bigger changes, this feels like the stage where maintenance matters. Overall I'm happy with how naturally the line came together, and going forward I plan to manage things while keeping my weight steady.
