The most satisfying part is that with my upper arms and accessory breast tissue refined, I can wear tank tops and short sleeves with far more confidence. The scars barely register, and there's a slight stinging feeling when I do strength training or exert myself, but not enough to disrupt daily life. When it occasionally feels a bit knotted I massage it lightly with a gua sha tool, and if the line starts to bother me I plan to go in for a care session now and then. My overall satisfaction is very high, and I think having the surgery timed just before summer was a good choice. Going forward I'll keep up light strength training and consistent aftercare to maintain firmness.
