At the 3-month mark I could really feel the improvement in the line and the fat loss. The scars are still there a bit but they keep getting lighter! There's no bruising or swelling at all anymore. I also dieted after the lipo and lost about 5kg. I think that made the results even better. If you can add exercise on top, I think the results would be much better. Overall I'm extremely satisfied!
Arm and accessory breast liposuction, so
I had abdomen, love handle and thigh lipIt's been about a month since I had abdomen and love handle liposuction, thigh liposuction and hip dip fat grafting These are notes I jotted down along the way, and at the one-month mark the conclusion is that recovery was really fast and I love the line hehe They say there may still be swelling and that more will go down, so I'm looking forward to it Days 1-3 after surgery I basically slept nonstop like I'd passed out Around day 4 my condition suddenly (?) improved to the point where I didn't need a nap, and my appetite came back (I was craving ice cream and snacks) The swelling seemed to be going down through day 3, but then it suddenly puffed right back up (looking back, this was the peak swelling day) (But even with all that swelling, I could already feel the difference in my waist-to-hip line) I took off the compression garment for the first time. With it off, the bruising looked less severe than I expected (in the review photos I'd seen the bruising looked pretty violent (?), but at this level I have zero worries about bruising) Day 5 I washed my hair and started eating regular food again, craving carbonara for lunch and bossam for dinner At this level of energy I figured simple daily activities were possible, so I took my first walk after surgery (just around the apartment complex) Day 8 suture removal (I had full-body work done, but the scarred areas really are minimal, so I'm just grateful) Weighed myself for the first time in a while and I was actually about 1kg heavier than before surgery (but I'm not worried about it) I could go beyond my neighborhood and even watch a movie (my walk is still a bit awkward and shuffling like someone who had hemorrhoid surgery, but my facial swelling and general condition are fine enough to go out) Day 9 the pain used to feel like muscle soreness, a heavy pulling discomfort under the skin -> now it's more like a bruise, a surface-level soreness on the skin Day 15 first post-op care session at the clinic / compression garment alteration (top only) (Right before bed, it suddenly hit me: since day 3 after surgery, I haven't regretted the surgery even once) -- In weeks 2-3 I got complacent and neglected the hip dip area for a bit -- Day 23 (as of two days ago I've finished my second post-op care session) I'm now 2kg lighter than right before surgery, without any special exercise or dietNow that summer is here, last year's surI had liposuction on my abdomen, love handles and arms with grafting to my hips, and I could feel the line change dramatically right after surgery As time passed the suctioned areas slimmed down even more, so these days I'm realizing that liposuction really does require patience hehe The hip grafting was done with stem cells, and maybe that's why it's holding up well without shrinking Since my line changed after surgery I've been working out harder too and fitting in workouts here and there has helped me stay firm as well! Exactly the lean-and-toned look I wanted!! I used to think being thin was the only pretty thing, but as I get older I find that curves where there should be curves, tucked in where it should be tucked in, and firm and toned is what looks pretty hehe The scars are basically invisible now Whether it's leggings, workout clothes or a dress, everything looks good on me, so my satisfaction just keeps going up over time~~
