# Arms that feel completely my own again Three months have flown by already! They're fully my arms now~ just as comfortable as they were before surgery. I can barely remember how cautious I felt at the one-month mark, that's how completely it's blended into daily life. To the past me who put up with the stuffiness every night, wore the compression garment faithfully and rubbed on bruise cream - well done, seriously,, # A dramatic improvement in the line Now that even the residual swelling is gone, my upper arm line is much firmer and better defined than it was at 1-2 months! The faint tenderness when I pressed on it has completely disappeared too. The really amazing part is how differently clothes sit on me now. All those boxy T-shirts I used to wear to hide my arms have been shoved to the back of the closet. These days I can wear a fitted slim T-shirt or a tank top and my arms don't stand out at all, the line just falls straight down, so I'm happy every time I look in the mirror. Everyone around me keeps asking how I lost so much weight! # Scars and overall thoughts I applied scar ointment every day and kept up with care, so the scars have faded to the point where they're hardly noticeable and I don't think about them! Part of it is that I heal well, but I think it's mostly thanks to how precisely the doctor did the work. It really feels like the best decision I made this year. If you're worried about your upper arms, do it as soon as you can while you're young and your skin is still firm! You won't regret it,,
