It's one month since my surgery! I had it with Dr. Jaeho Cho, and with my belly and side fat gone and volume added to my hips, everything I wear looks good, so I love it. Fat was taken from my arms, abdomen, love handles and saddlebags, every corner, and grafted into my hips (hip dips), and day by day the suctioned areas keep slimming down while the grafted area is holding well. At one month my physical condition is back to exactly how it was before surgery, and with all the extra flesh gone I feel so much lighter. I'm already very happy with the hip dip graft area, but I'm having a second session soon so I'm looking forward to it.
One month after arms and waist to saddle
One month after my arm lift!!It's been about a month since my arm lift surgery! Right after surgery it hurt even to move my arms a little, and in the very early days it stung and throbbed and just plain hurt even when I was doing nothing. Now! That pain is almost gone Time really is the cure Of course it's still a bit much to use my arms as naturally as before haha Still, there's only slight pain with certain movements, and otherwise I'm going about daily life fine Oh, and when the scar area brushes against something it's not so much a sharp pain as a slight sting, a rough feeling I think this needs a bit more time But I can feel myself recovering more and more~ There's still swelling They say lipo swelling can go down for up to 6 months, and a lift has longer incisions, so I'm accounting for it taking longer, and I know it'll go down if I wait, but I can't help wanting it gone sooner haha Still, seeing the dangling flesh gone with my own eyes, the feeling when I raise or lower my arms is strange, even a bit empty haha The thickness has come down a lot too The doctor said swelling needs at least 3 months to watch, and that the difference in swelling between my arms can happen because the amount removed and the incision sites differ from side to side That makes sense, because my left arm was always bigger hahaha My left arm still has more swelling The conclusion is: my arms as they look now are not the end! I need to give it more time and keep watching So I'm working hard on scar care and walking a lot, hoping the swelling goes down soon~ I'm watching what I eat, drinking plenty of water, and now I'm going to slowly add exercise too haha I'll keep managing consistently and post another review on how the swelling and scars change Still, I think it's this good thanks to the doctor's skill plus the stem cells Rather than rushing, I'm going to enjoy the changes slowly3-month review of 360 arm and accessory It's my third month since 360 arm and accessory breast liposuction! I had it with Dr. Joongjae Baek First of all, looking slimmer to the eye is what I'm happiest about! I swell easily, you see Right after surgery I was so puffy that I doubted whether it had gone well, but time really is the cure,,, haha I've been eating well and gained some back, and even so I'm 3-4 kilos lighter than at the time of surgery! But people around me think I've lost way more than that haha Both family who know about the surgery and acquaintances who don't say I've lost a lot of weight and look delicate I plan to lose more before summer, and since they said it takes 6 months for the surgical swelling to fully go down, I'm going to wait patiently, counting on more to come off!! As the weather warms up clothes get lighter, and I love clothes, so being able to wear what I want without worrying about my upper arms is wonderful. I should have done it sooner.. With the line falling from my shoulders slimmed down, my overall shape comes out prettier, like straight shoulders? So straight shoulders weren't a shoulder problem, I needed to fix my arms,,, hahaha What I remember from the day of surgery is that I had no particular thoughts and wasn't even nervous right up until I went into the operating room, and then while they were sterilizing me I suddenly got scared I wouldn't wake up from the anesthesia So I said, I'm not going to die, right..? I'll wake up, right? and the nurse cheerfully reassured me that they stay right beside patients the whole time so no one fails to wake up So my nerves suddenly eased again After coming out of the operating room I was so out of it that I don't remember much haha I think they brought me water and put a blanket on me when I said I was cold The person who checked my surgical site when I went in for dressing was very kind too and the person who did my aftercare was really, really kind, and the radiofrequency care they do as aftercare felt so good!
