It's my sixth month since abdomen and arm liposuction Once I decide to diet I'm good at losing weight, but even after dropping more than 10 kilos my lines were still lumpy, so I always thought 'why does it still look like this even after all that' And I could never maintain it, so the weight always came back When I decided to have liposuction my biggest worry was whether I could maintain it after spending the money.. Removing a lot of fat matters, but I was looking for a doctor who shapes the lines well, and I went with Dr. Jaeho Cho - and 6 months on I'm still very happy Even when I lost a lot of weight it used to come off in unflattering ways, and now when I diet the lines come off beautifully too, and I think it's all thanks to the liposuction I've seen a flat stomach for the first time in my life and worn sleeveless tops, and that makes me even more determined to maintain it I do want to lose more, but I'm afraid of giving in to food and rebounding, so I go back and forth between losing and maintaining haha I wish I'd done it earlier, but I'm glad I did it even now, and I'm going to look after myself even harder
Abdomen and arm lipo review~~
This is my thigh lipo reviewBefore surgery I was stressed by constant dieting and meal plans and worn out by repeating the cycle, so I thought I really want to stop dieting for good~ and started looking into liposuction. I was worried about side effects, but satisfaction was said to be high and TheLINE's reviews were good, so I went ahead I had thigh and knee line liposuction with Dr. Joongjae Baek, and in my case it kept gradually coming off up to the 6-month mark, and unlike dieting there was no sagging skin or anything like that, the lines came out beautifully, and getting dressed became fun haha Now there are many times I forget, as if I'd always been slim and never had surgery I'm sooo happy????One month after my arm lift!!It's been about a month since my arm lift surgery! Right after surgery it hurt even to move my arms a little, and in the very early days it stung and throbbed and just plain hurt even when I was doing nothing. Now! That pain is almost gone Time really is the cure Of course it's still a bit much to use my arms as naturally as before haha Still, there's only slight pain with certain movements, and otherwise I'm going about daily life fine Oh, and when the scar area brushes against something it's not so much a sharp pain as a slight sting, a rough feeling I think this needs a bit more time But I can feel myself recovering more and more~ There's still swelling They say lipo swelling can go down for up to 6 months, and a lift has longer incisions, so I'm accounting for it taking longer, and I know it'll go down if I wait, but I can't help wanting it gone sooner haha Still, seeing the dangling flesh gone with my own eyes, the feeling when I raise or lower my arms is strange, even a bit empty haha The thickness has come down a lot too The doctor said swelling needs at least 3 months to watch, and that the difference in swelling between my arms can happen because the amount removed and the incision sites differ from side to side That makes sense, because my left arm was always bigger hahaha My left arm still has more swelling The conclusion is: my arms as they look now are not the end! I need to give it more time and keep watching So I'm working hard on scar care and walking a lot, hoping the swelling goes down soon~ I'm watching what I eat, drinking plenty of water, and now I'm going to slowly add exercise too haha I'll keep managing consistently and post another review on how the swelling and scars change Still, I think it's this good thanks to the doctor's skill plus the stem cells Rather than rushing, I'm going to enjoy the changes slowly
