It's one month since I had my arms, accessory breast, abdomen and love handles done with Dr. Joongjae Baek. At one month I can clearly see the changed lines and there's no discomfort in daily life. Compared to weeks 1-2 the swelling has clearly gone down and you can see how much slimmer I look! I already like it now, but they say the final line takes 3 months, so I'm curious how it will change. There's no pain now, just some stiffness, and I actually find that feeling refreshing, so I stretch often haha Early on I had biobond and bruising around my navel, but maybe thanks to occasionally massaging at home with a self-use radiofrequency device, the bruising and biobond on my belly are all gone. The best part is that my belly isn't squeezed when I sit down in pants, so there's no tightness, and I can wear clothes that didn't fit again. The clothes I wore when my belly stuck out now slide down and sit on my hips! My arms got thinner too, so being able to wear sleeveless tops without embarrassment is really great. There weren't many incisions to begin with and they're not dark now, so in a few months I think they'll be barely visible! Until now I used recovery as an excuse to eat well.. haha Now that moving isn't uncomfortable, I'm going to manage with diet and exercise together!
Arm and abdomen review~!!
Full-body liposuction review with Dr. YoIt's been a month since I had abdomen, arm, accessory breast and thigh (saddlebag) liposuction plus hip (hip dip) fat grafting, so I'm writing a review~~ Dr. Yoosuk Chung did all the liposuction and grafting~ Just like others said, from week 3 I could see the swelling dropping fast, and right now it's crept up a bit because of PMS. The really important part is that I'm not even done yet and my weight is the same as before my period, so I'm fully looking forward to my body line in the good phase!! What I notice most is my belly and thighs!! Fat came off my belly and thighs, so why do my legs look longer.. haha I can't believe that was my body only a month ago... hahaha Because a lot was removed, I did get a bit of biobond on the side of my chest and around my navel. But I can feel it easing day by day with aftercare, so I'm not too worried! They said biobond isn't a complication and gets better with time, so I'm waiting with an easy mind. I carry the soft type of fat so I'm doing aftercare at a local shop, and the manager said that in 10 years of post-lipo care she's never seen someone come through lipo as intact as me. Stem cells really do make a difference. After surgery my condition is so good and the swelling keeps dropping, so I'm even starting to think I should have asked them to take more out haha Now at one month, with the good phase coming, I'm going to start dieting. Even without dieting, a blouse whose sleeves used to be so tight I couldn't fold my arms now has a good third of extra room, so I find myself planning a diet on my own. They say it keeps coming off for about 5 months, so at Chuseok this year I'm definitely going out with my arms bared. So excited!!One-month arm reviewI thought arms alone would be enough, but I also wanted my accessory breast done, and since I was doing it anyway I wanted the full 360, so the price went up. I was thinking it's a bit expensive, but after my consultation with Dr. Yoosuk Chung I felt good about it. That's how kind and thorough he was. It's been about a month, and with my upper body smaller I look smaller overall - that much is certain. I started dieting too and I can feel myself getting smaller by the day. Doing lipo and dieting together seems to have a booster effect. I wonder why I waited until now to have arm lipo. There's still some residual swelling, so once it's gone I think things will look even more refined.
