I had fat taken from my abdomen, love handles and thighs and grafted into my hip dips! The weather is getting hotter and clothes are getting much thinner, but I feel confident in whatever I wear haha I'm also exercising consistently to keep my shape.. and strangely, exercise I used to hate is actually enjoyable these days. Maybe that's a side benefit of liposuction,,, hahaha summer is right around the corner, and being able to fully recover before then makes me think the timing of having surgery 3 months ago was perfect. Dr. Cho said the stem cells would help the graft take well and speed up recovery, and now that I've been through it I understand what he meant haha I'm thinking of trying a bikini on my summer holiday this year haha
3 months after hip fat grafting
Abdominal lipo and hip dip graftingIt's just past a month since I had stem cell abdominal liposuction plus hip dip grafting with Dr. Joongjae Baek haha Since I had grafting at the same time, I read that it's better not to diet for about a month, so I've been eating as usual and taking a break from exercise, and even so my belly doesn't stick out like it did before surgery and I can see a waistline, so I'm happy haha With the hip dip grafting, while it was swollen I worried it looked too full, but now that some of the swelling has gone down the hip dips are filled in naturally and I love it!-! Now that I'm at one month, I'm going to start dieting~It's been 6 months since my arm liftIt's my sixth month since arm and accessory breast liposuction and an arm lift. I've lost and gained weight over and over since I was young, so other areas sagged too, but my upper arms in particular sagged so much that I often had to buy clothes to fit my arms. My upper arms never fit, so I bought clothes oversized. The sagging was bad enough to be obvious whether I raised or lowered my arms, but after surgery the line itself is different. Whether I lower or raise my arms they feel smooth now, and my arms are thinner. The first 3 days hurt so much that even lying down and getting up was hard, but it got better little by little, and I bruised less than I expected. Right now the scars have faded a little but there's still some redness. They told me scars need a long view, so I'm going to wait. For care I'm just applying sunscreen since the sun is strong and I'm worried about pigmentation, and I love how visibly slim my arm line has become. I can buy clothes two sizes smaller and they fit, and the best part is that I, who used to be busy hiding sagging skin, can now wear short sleeves. Comparing before and after, the upper arm fat that stressed me out every summer is almost entirely gone, so I'm very happy~ Thank you Dr. Jaeho Cho~~!
