It's been 3 months since I had abdomen and love handle liposuction with Dr. Jaeho Cho. The reason I first came to this clinic was thigh liposuction, and back then I searched around a lot of clinics online and in person before choosing here after reading reviews saying it was the safest and that recovery was fast. Not only do I not regret the choice, I'm extremely happy with it. I used to get stressed looking at fat that never came off no matter how much I exercised, and my confidence and self-esteem dropped, but after thigh liposuction I gradually gained confidence when getting dressed. After the thigh and knee (Chanel line) liposuction I also wanted to get rid of my lower belly and side fat, so I booked a date right away and had abdomen and love handle liposuction as well. They shaped the lines beautifully and safely without over-suctioning, so all I can think is that I really made the right choice of clinic.

Posting my 3-month full-body liposuctionI can't believe 3 months have already passed since my surgery. It reminds me all over again how fast time goes. When I first decided to have surgery I honestly had a lot of doubts and worries. It wasn't only about changing how I look - I think a bigger part of it was wanting to take better care of myself and finally settle something I had thought about for a long time. I had arm, abdomen and thigh liposuction with Dr. Jaeho Cho at TheLINE, and hip fat grafting on the same day. With that many areas done at once I was worried about recovery, but 3 months on my recovery has settled quite well and the visible swelling is almost all gone, so I feel much more at ease. More than anything, it's amazing how naturally I notice the change in my body shape every time I get dressed. I always felt self-conscious wearing fitted clothes, and I used to avoid anything that showed my figure because I had no confidence. But these days I can choose clothes that show my shape much more comfortably and confidently. With my body shape tidied up, even the time I spend looking in the mirror feels different, and starting to like what I see there is one of the biggest changes. My sensation is gradually coming back too. Right after surgery the biobond and the odd skin sensation bothered me more than I expected, but as time passed the feeling has been returning and the areas that were uncomfortable early on are much softer now. I was quite worried about scars. Of the five surgical marks, the ones on my arms have faded noticeably, and the three on my lower body are still a bit dark, but luckily they are all in places that aren't exposed, so in daily life they're barely noticeable, and since I expect them to fade like my arms with time, I don't stress about it much. Actually, at my first consultation I was told that because I have a lot of muscle, the change might not be dramatic. So I had lowered my own expectations, but after going through recovery I was surprised at how clearly my lines look more defined. What I'm most happy about is that the treated areas don't put weight back on easily. I've gained a little weight overall recently, but in my arms, abdomen and thighs I can definitely feel the effect of the surgery. As my body changed, my mindset changed too. Before, whenever I was tired or stressed I would put off taking care of myself, and that led to a vicious cycle of lower confidence. Now I've stepped a little out of that pattern and I take care of myself with a positive routine again. It's not just a simple wish to look pretty - it's more that I want to live as a healthier, more satisfied version of myself. Even if I could go back to before the surgery, I would make the same choice without hesitation. I have absolutely no regrets about the surgery itself; if anything I feel grateful to the person I was for choosing it, given that it was my first general anesthesia and my first surgery. Of course I can't say everything is perfect, but the process of changing in order to look after myself is a very meaningful and precious experience for me. I'm looking forward to recovering a little more from here and settling into an even more natural, stable line than now. I want to keep accepting the changes ahead positively and keep taking care of myself the way I do now. Most of all, Dr. Jaeho Cho! Thank you for taking such care in shaping my lines.3 months after upper body liposuctionIt's been 3 months since I had upper body liposuction with Dr. Joongjae Baek at TheLINE Plastic Surgery! I had stem cell liposuction on my whole upper body including arms, accessory breast tissue and abdomen, and since there were many areas and I weigh a fair amount, I had autologous blood transfusion as well. It isn't mandatory, but they said it helps with recovery and general condition, and in the end it feels like a really good decision! About 6700cc was removed in total, but I came out of anesthesia quickly and my condition on the day was better than expected. Of course there was pain, but it only hurt for a few days and I could go about normal life. The swelling went down noticeably day by day and the bruising faded faster than I expected. Now the swelling is almost completely gone, to the point where no one would know even with my clothes off, and my lines look lovely. I used to carry a lot of fat so I was worried about sagging, but at around the three-month mark there is really no sagging at all, and as the lines settle it feels natural and firm, so I'm extremely happy. Getting dressed is fun again!
