They said the first few months can differ depending on how you take care of yourself, so I did my best with diet and light exercise, and I think that helped a lot. Especially with my waist and side line tidied up, my body shape looks different every time I get dressed, and confidence followed naturally. I worried once or twice about it coming back, but so far it has stayed stable.
