It has already been 6 months since surgery. At first I hesitated a lot because people said liposuction side effects are serious, I worried about recovery, and I doubted whether I would get the change I wanted, but now that half a year has passed I can clearly feel that I am different from before. The scars have faded so much that unless I tell people myself, nobody notices at all. They are barely visible, so that put my mind at ease. I had liposuction on my arms, accessory breast tissue, abdomen, love handles, thighs and knees plus hip fat grafting, and since I can see how the lines of my thighs, sides and lower belly have been cleaned up, even the style of clothes I wear has changed. Before surgery I spent a lot of time trying this and that to lose weight and it stressed me out, so I think I should have just had the liposuction a little earlier. These days I really feel how important exercise is, because keeping the line the surgery created ultimately depends on lifestyle habits. So whenever I have the energy I try to move even a little. Exercise used to be simply a means to lose weight, but after surgery it feels like a process for keeping my body beautiful and healthy. It is interesting how my mindset changed, and I like that my thinking is different now. So sometimes I feel a bit sorry that I did not do it when I was even a year younger, but even so, finding the courage to have the surgery at this point in my life turned out to be the biggest gift I could give myself. When your body changes, your mindset changes too, and you naturally start wanting to take better care of yourself. If I keep managing myself and exercising, the line will settle in even more naturally and stably, right?
6-month post-op review~
Posting my arm and accessory breast lipoIt has been about 3 months since my procedure, and I had upper arm and accessory breast liposuction together~ Before surgery my accessory breast tissue spilled over my bra line enough to affect how my clothes looked, and the side of my arm bulged out roundly, so I was always worried about covering it up Right after surgery there was bruising, but it was almost gone after about 2 weeks, and the swelling gradually went down as I kept wearing the compression garment. Recovery went smoothly without any particular side effects, so daily life was not much of a problem. Now that 3 months have passed, the change is clearly visible. With the accessory breast tissue cleaned up, the thing that used to bother me when wearing tops is gone, and my arm line looks much neater. I can feel for myself that my clothes look different overall, and people around me often say my appearance looks softer. It was a procedure I decided on after a long time thinking it over, and now I feel at ease that I chose well.Upper body liposuction, 6 months in!It has been 6 months since my full arm, back and abdomen liposuction I did a lot of digging and went with Dr. Joongjae Baek First of all, everyone who sees me keeps asking how I got so slim and telling me I lost a lot of weight! Since the arm liposuction I was able to confidently wear nothing but sleeveless tops all through this hot summer, which was so good My abdomen too - pants that used to be small now fit, so I love it Most of all I am happiest that my line got prettier After doing my abdomen I am so satisfied that I want to do my thighs too! The short-term result is good so shopping for clothes is fun. I used to stress about only buying clothes that hid my arms and belly, but now I do not have to think about that, so shopping is much easier These days I have started exercising on my own, doing Pilates and such, and I pay much more attention to maintenance! They say maintenance matters most, so I will stay on top of it without getting complacent!
