Up to the 2-month mark there was a constant pulling and stiff feeling when I moved my arms, but at 3 months that tightness has clearly eased. Once in a while, if I stretch big or lift something heavy, I feel a slight pull, but there is no inconvenience in daily life at all! The scars are still visible, but I keep applying the ointment and I can see them fading...! Even when I press my arms all the way to my sides there is no excess flesh, just a smooth line, so I feel great every time I look in the mirror. I was told it needs a bit more time to fully settle, so I am keeping up with the care. I really think I made the right choice! My goal now is for the scars to fade further and look completely natural, so I keep up with stretching and rehab exercises.
