It has already been six months since my upper arm and axillary breast tissue procedure! Early on the bruising and pain made the first one to two weeks a bit uncomfortable, but after that there was no real problem with daily life :) The clinic said residual swelling goes down until six months, and now it feels like the swelling is almost all gone! Even though I gained some weight in between, the line is holding, so I am not stressed like I used to be, and that is honestly the biggest change The axillary breast tissue was cleaned up neatly too, and I applied the ointment diligently and cared for the scars, so they faded a lot. And one tip I would share, getting upper arm liposuction during long-sleeve season is really great! It is about time to start wearing long sleeves, so if you are thinking about it, I recommend this time of year!!
Six months after upper arm & axillary br
Upper arm liposuction, 100% satisfiedIt has already been three months since my liposuction! I had upper arm liposuction with Dr. Jaeho Cho at TheLINE Plastic Surgery. Before the surgery, honestly, I was so stressed every time I got dressed because of my upper arms. In photos I would hide my arms behind my body or try hard to avoid side angles. Especially in summer, even in short sleeves I would put on a jacket despite the heat because of my arms. So I looked into a lot of clinics, read reviews carefully, and went to several consultations in person. Among them, TheLINE Plastic Surgery felt trustworthy right from the consultation. Dr. Jaeho Cho looked at the condition of my arms very carefully and said it is not simply about removing fat, but that shaping the line nicely is what matters, and that completely convinced me. I thought, ‘this is not just losing fat, this is design.’ On the day of surgery I was honestly a bit nervous, but the nurses took such kind care of me that instead of worry I felt more excitement, thinking ‘I am finally going to be free of these arms.’ The first day after surgery there was slight swelling and bruising, and wearing the compression garment was a bit uncomfortable. But everyone goes through this, so I braced myself and wore it diligently. Wearing the compression garment consistently definitely made the swelling go down much faster. After about a month my arms gradually got softer and the bruising was almost all gone. From then on the change really started to show. The flesh that used to spread out to the side when I held my arms against my body disappeared, and my arm line got much slimmer, so I was so happy every time I looked in the mirror ???? With thinner upper arms my T-shirts fit completely differently, and blouse sleeves that used to catch right at my shoulders now go on with room to spare! Now I am three months out, the swelling is almost all gone and my skin has settled softly. Taking care of it with exercise, my arm line is getting firmer and firmer. Sometimes friends ask “did you lose weight?”, but my weight is actually almost the same and because the arm line changed, a lot of people say I look much slimmer overall. Every time, I say to myself ‘thank you, Dr. Jaeho Cho...’ hehe What is good about TheLINE Plastic Surgery is that they take detailed care of you after surgery too. They check my condition regularly, and if anything feels off I can consult right away, so I felt secure throughout the recovery period. Arms move a lot, so recovery matters, right? The doctor explained that in advance and went over the aftercare methods thoroughly, so I was able to recover without any major problems. Now I have so much more confidence than before. I used to hate having my photo taken because of my arms, but these days I put on short sleeves on purpose and take selfies hehe The line is pretty and the whole arm falls smoothly, so I am 100% satisfied. Honestly I wonder why I did not do it sooner!! heheThree-month review~It has already been three months since the surgery! I had thigh, knee, and lower belly liposuction along with fat grafting to my hips. After two months the thigh swelling went down a lot. Before the surgery my thigh circumference was 53cm, and now it is down to about 47cm. The fat around my knees was cleaned up too so my legs look much longer, and the overall line is much smoother. The grafted hip area was a bit uneven until the one-month mark, but at three months it became natural as the thigh swelling went down along with it. I started Pilates at the one-month mark, and early on it was uncomfortable because of pain during the movements where my hips pressed against the floor. But around the two-month mark it was fine, and no fat has collapsed anywhere, so I am keeping it up! With the hip line defined, my clothes really fit differently. I often wear leggings and jeans I never used to wear, and overall my satisfaction is really high!
