It has been just over a month since my arm liposuction with Dr. Yoosuk Chung. At first I came in for a consultation just hoping to lose a little arm fat, but now I really think I did well to do it. Every time I put on short sleeves or other clothes, the clearly different arm line gives me confidence, and I feel proud every time I look in the mirror. Overall I have a slim build, but my upper arms stood out, and it stressed me that my arms looked chubby in every photo. I worked out steadily to lose the upper arm fat, but my arms just would not slim down. After that, talking with the consultant and the doctor, they walked me through the whole recovery care process and everything related to the surgery in an organized way, so I could decide on surgery with peace of mind. Right after surgery my arms felt heavy and there was a little swelling, but it was much more bearable than I had expected, and I went about my life wearing the compression garment. From the next day I could move my arms slowly and do light daily activities. The first week there was stiffness when I raised my arms, but from the second week the swelling clearly started to go down. The bruising faded a lot, the inner arms gradually got smoother, and I could see the line changing in the mirror. In short sleeves the upper arm line was clearly different, and only slight soreness was left when pressed. Now that a month has passed the swelling is almost all gone and the arm line has become really natural. The parts that were tight and hard at first are soft now, my arm circumference is much smaller than before the surgery, and it looks far more natural. And above all, I can see my clothes hang much more neatly. Thanks to the kind consultant and the doctor I recovered well over the month without much discomfort, and I plan to keep taking care of myself and maintain this pretty arm line. Seeing the upper arm fat that exercise never touched disappear and a smooth line come out as the swelling went down, I honestly think I did well to do it. ????
