I decided on liposuction to fix my arm line, a long-standing worry. They said they removed 650cc of pure fat in total from my arms + upper arm roots + bra line + axillary breast tissue. A month later my circumference is down 0.7, the left axillary breast tissue has shrunk a little, and the right side looks cleanly removed. Overall the line is much tidier and the bulge at the back is gone. They said it will get thinner as the swelling goes down, so I am going to wait until the three-month mark. I chose to have surgery at TheLINE because of the emphasis on safety and because they use stem cells during the liposuction stage. It cost more than I had expected so I hesitated, but since it is surgery I felt safety and recovery mattered more. The reception and operating room staff are very kind, and Dr. Baek explains things in detail so the patient can feel at ease. The fact that there is a separate consultation fee was actually better from a patient's point of view, since I could ask questions comfortably without feeling awkward. I was very nervous on the day of surgery, but the operating room staff kept reassuring me, so I got through the anesthesia and onto the table safely. Aftercare is provided free twice. For my first session I had cryotherapy (3 minutes), the kind athletes get when they recover, and it helped a lot with pain relief. The doctor said aftercare has no effect at all on the surgical result, but I still feel more swelling needs to come down, so on top of the two clinic aftercare sessions I started weekly radiofrequency care outside. I am dieting alongside it too, and I hope the rest of the swelling goes down soon so I can show off my arm line!
