It has already been a month since my arm liposuction. Right after surgery there was a lot of swelling and the line was hard to see, so there were moments when I wondered if this was right, but now that about a month has passed there is definitely a visible change! My arms changed so clearly that people around me often ask if I lost weight, and the upper arm line especially got smoother, so in clothes I look much slimmer! In photos my arms look far thinner than before Overall, at the one-month mark, I am satisfied!

Facial fat graftingI had the surgery on December 3rd last year and it has been six months. Now it is so natural that I almost wonder whether I really had fat grafting, and I can hardly remember the hollow cheeks and the dull, tired-looking face I used to have, because the graft has settled in so well. I used to be self-conscious about my upper arms whenever I wore short sleeves or fitted clothes, but now every time I look in the mirror I can feel how much smoother they are! My chest got natural volume too, and I hope it stays just like this haha And the best part of all was the aftercare! I had aftercare twice in total, and the staff were really kind, and the pressure and temperature were just right, so it felt great every time:) I hear the swelling keeps going down until the six-month mark, so I am really looking forward to it
