Thigh liposuction review
Arm & accessory breast reviewIt's now been 6 months since my arm and accessory breast liposuction revision. I did a lot of searching about liposuction too, and in the end I had it done by Dr. Jaeho Cho at TheLINE. To get straight to the point, I'm really satisfied. No regrets at all. The contour came together fairly quickly, and since I film videos often I could see the change with my own eyes. That said, liposuction alone absolutely does not make you lose weight. Exercise is a must. I'm doing 1:1 Pilates posture correction alongside it, and the contour is coming together much faster. You really have to exercise too. Four or five years ago I rushed into a LAMS procedure. Back then I went by name alone because they said it was a good place for liposuction, but my abdominal contour ended up oddly dented, to the point that I couldn't even wear a bikini. After that I was too scared to touch it, until this time I researched properly and went ahead. The result? Very satisfied. I learned a lot this time. Whether it's plastic surgery or a procedure, don't decide based on promotional pricing or a famous name, get it done properly by a skilled doctor, that's the answer lol In the end that's the way to save money, time and your sanity! It's been 6 months since my abdomen, lovHonestly, with time passing I'd forgotten I even had surgery, and then I saw my friends after a while and they asked why I lost so much weight, and only then did I think, oh right, I had surgery lol It looks so natural that I really love it >_< I took photos after a while and compared 1 month, 3 months and 6 months, and wow, it had gotten even cleaner?? I hadn't realized it, but the slightly lumpy-looking spots became smooth too, which surprised me It makes me wonder if the contour keeps getting cleaner for about a year if I wait longer! I think the lumpiness was probably from the biobond, and I'm guessing it got smooth because the biobond gradually disappeared I didn't even know it was lumpy before (my friends never said anything either!) but comparing the photos with now, I could tell because it's smooth now! Amazing I'm taking care of myself to keep this contour without gaining weight, but does that mean I'm dieting hard? Nope!! I eat three proper meals and stretch once a day and since I'm an office worker sitting at a desk I have to stretch in the evening, ugh Also I've held steady from 56 -> 50.3 before surgery, so I eat with peace of mind, but looking at the photos again makes me greedy lol I lost weight, should I try building abs?!! With the fat removed, weight comes off more easily so it drops fast even without exercise, don't suffer through diets.... and don't force yourself to fast Just get liposuction, manage your diet, drop the weight quickly and maintain it, it's a whole new world Liposuction is seriously amazing!!! And rather than a place that dangerously removes huge amounts, you should go to a clinic that brings out a pretty contour suited to your body Also, just looking at online communities there's so much talk about side effects, it makes me sad You really should filter out ads promising huge removal, and at TheLINE the doctor and the nurses emphasized safe surgery from the consultation onward! And because the consultation is detailed and personalized I asked tons of questions and everything was answered without a hitch, they even drew diagrams and showed me charts, so detailed.... I didn't even ask for that much detail lol we talked for an hour lol the doctor explained with his eyes shining and there was no attitude of being annoyed at all! You don't need to feel awkward even if you ask a storm of questions! Ask away!! Also the nurses are really kind It's surgery after all, so all the nurses are kind and take good care of you to keep the mood light They handle the aftercare meticulously too There are 2 post-op care sessions (biobond) and the staff who do them chat with you and answer everything you're curious about The clinic is also very clean The floors are well separated so I think the process is even better organized! At first I chose to consult at TheLINE because it uses your own stem cells so it's safer with faster recovery, but the reason I paid after the consultation with the doctor was that my trust was 100%, so I paid right away Also when I went for my 3-month follow-up they checked in detail and consulted with me, and the follow-up care after surgery was good too, so I'm still satisfied Oh, and after surgery my coordinator contacted me, texted me and stayed in touch constantly so I wouldn't forget! That management system is well set up too I need to go in for my 6-month follow-up and while I'm there I'm going to get a consultation for another area I've become interested in my double chin hehe A lot of people are curious about the details, so I'll leave them 161 / 50.5 / pants size 28->25~26 I wear XS~S dresses by Zara sizing
