I'm not dieting so I'm eating comfortably, but even so my upper arms don't gain weight like before, which I love. Now even when I wear fitted clothes my upper arms don't bother me much. If anything, since my upper arms got thinner people say I look like I lost weight, which makes me so happy. Liposuction really does seem to be the best answer for upper arm fat.
