It's been 1 month since my upper arm liposuction at TheLINE! At first the bruising was so bad it scared me, but it seemed to fade quickly as time passed, so I was reassured I'd heard Dr. Yoosuk Chung is meticulous, and it really feels like he removed the fat carefully into a pretty contour, so I loved it There's still some residual swelling but I'm looking forward to more as time goes by The nurse in the operating room was so kind, which was great! I want to get my aftercare soon
One month after upper arm lipo!!!!
Get liposuction and see the light hahaIt's already been 6 months since my surgery at TheLINE, time really flies It feels like just yesterday that washing, taking off and putting on the compression garment was such a hassle... When I visited TheLINE for a follow-up check, Dr. Yoosuk Chung said it would keep going down until the 6-month mark. I was too lazy to work hard at the diets I kept repeating,,, but still, my weight before and after differs by almost 10kg, and the measurement differences (especially my arms) were big enough that my relatives and friends were surprised at Chuseok this year. After some time my eyes had gotten used to my body and I was just starting to feel less excited, so this was a fresh boost. And my body has definitely become efficient for dieting, if that's the way to put it? This holiday was long and I was out meeting lots of friends, so I was gaining 1kg a day? Since I decided not to gain more after liposuction, I diet the moment I gain, and this time too I'm doing a fast-gain-fast-loss cycle of at least 0.4-0.8kg a day. Right now I've already lost 2.3kg over two days. Before, no matter how fast I gained, losing it meant days of plateau, so I naturally stopped dieting. So I wonder, did the old stagnant fat get pulled out? It's kind of amazing. Anyway everyone.. Get liposuction and really see the light Without liposuction I think I would have spent these 6 months with no change at all, but watching my contour change made me think about my body and got me into the good habit of going to work out at least once a week hahaThree months after abdomen, love handlesI'm past the 3-month mark now, and I regret the time I spent hesitating instead of having the surgery. As time passed, the lumpiness and tightness I felt early after surgery have now completely disappeared. Most of the sensation has come back too, and daily life is comfortable enough that I forget I had surgery. At 3 months, maybe because even the residual swelling is gone, the change in my contour is the most obvious. The love handles and front of my abdomen that worried me most have noticeably reduced in volume. My weight hasn't changed much, yet my silhouette itself is slimmer, so people often tell me I've lost a lot of weight. Most of all, dressing has become more enjoyable. I used to be busy hiding my fit, but now even in just a shirt or a T-shirt you can see my flank contour is cleanly defined, which I'm happy with. The gynecomastia surgery site has settled into a very natural shape too. Thanks to that I don't worry about other people's eyes at the gym or the sauna. Seeing my contour cleaned up by surgery also motivates me more to work out. Wanting to maintain this change makes me keep taking care of myself. I had a lot of doubts before deciding on surgery, but now that 3 months have passed I think it was the right choice every time I look in the mirror. Thank you to Dr. Yoongeun Kim for operating so meticulously and following up on my progress so well.
