Every time I see room left in my sleeves when I put on a top, I just think I'm glad I did it haha You only have a rough 1-3 weeks after surgery (not that it's really rough.. just the discomfort of the compression garment..?) Month by month the swelling in my arms goes down, the contour comes together, and I feel confident in my clothes. I didn't really do any aftercare and only went to Pilates casually, and this is how much came off haha It keeps coming off as time passes, so patience is a must
