On the day of surgery they guided me calmly so my nerves settled a lot, and during recovery they answered my questions quickly, so I felt looked after the whole time. It has now been about 3 months since surgery, the swelling is almost gone and my arm contour is clearly cleaner, so my satisfaction is high. The inner part of my upper arm is smoother and my contour looks much slimmer in a T-shirt, so people around me say they can see the change. The facilities were clean and the staff kept checking in on me, so the overall experience was good.

Posting my reviewThis is my one-month review after arm and armpit liposuction! After about a month, raising my arms overhead is comfortable and I am living without any inconvenience. The surgical scars are not big so they do not bother me and I am satisfied. They said it keeps improving until the 3-month mark, so I am looking forward to it haha Now that the contour is cleaner, I am definitely happier wearing tight clothes or cardigans~ There was less pain after surgery than I expected, and the hardness and my arm mobility got better quickly, so recovery was fast too!One month after liposuctionThrough exercise and diet I went from 84kg to 73kg, losing 10kg and getting my weight into a normal range, but my lower abdomen still stuck out unusually and I felt this was not something diet or exercise would fix. I worried a lot about whether liposuction might leave my skin sagging or leave scars, but I did not want to keep stressing about my belly fat, so I finally decided to have surgery.
