It's been three months since my stem cell arm lift at TheLINE After losing a lot of weight, sagging became my new worry, and while looking around I found out there's a surgery called an arm lift, and I heard Dr. Jaeho Cho at TheLINE specializes in arm lifts, so I had a consultation and booked a date right away. It's been three whole months so there's no pain at all hehe Maybe because I only had the lift without liposuction, or maybe because of the stem cells, it didn't hurt that much even on the day of surgery! Of course this will vary from person to person. No matter how much I dieted, my upper arms stayed lumpy and saggy and it made me feel down and unmotivated, but now I'm motivated to diet again and I want to lose more and look better, so I'm working out and watching my meals even harder! I've lost a whole 6kg more than before surgery - I'm so proud of myself, can you believe it? haha The scar still looks a little red, but I know that's just the stage it's at right now, so I'm not rushing it and I'm applying ointment diligently. I won't be showing my arms for a while anyway so it doesn't bother me right now hehe And now that my arms are slimmer I don't look bulky even in a thick knit, so surprisingly my satisfaction is at its highest even in winter like now!! I did it because I want to wear tank tops in summer, but I'm glad I got it done before winter came! If your upper arms sag like mine and you're thinking about an arm lift, go do it now, everyone - it's a whole new world hehe
It's a whole new world
5 months after stem cell arm lipo + arm I'm 5 months out from stem cell arm liposuction + arm lift at TheLINE! Dr. Joongjae Baek did liposuction on my arms, accessory breast tissue, under the armpit and the upper arm root, and since my upper arms sagged a lot after dieting, I had an arm lift with Dr. Jaeho Cho at the same time! I went for a consultation because they're known for body contouring and do a lot of lift surgery, and since the liposuction, fat grafting and lift all used stem cells, recovery was fast. Especially with an arm lift the scar is unavoidable, but they said that with stem cells the scar improves quickly, so after a lot of thought I trusted the doctors and went ahead. Even though I lost a ton of weight through dieting, the flab on my upper arms and armpits wouldn't go away, and as a side effect? of dieting my upper arms sagged a lot T_T My goal was to get rid of the flab and the sagging skin, and I'm more than satisfied with the result!! I didn't do any special dieting or care after surgery so I'm only -2kg, but everyone I meet tells me I've lost a lot of weight! Every time I hear that I feel like the money was worth it haha It was a 4-stage lift so the incision scar is fairly long and I did wonder if I'd made the right call, but the scar is improving faster day by day, so if I take good care of it through this winter I think it will be almost invisible by the time I wear short sleeves next year! Right now I wear long sleeves anyway so nobody knows, they just think I lost weight hehe I just need to keep up with the scar care!I'd like to recommend itLast November I had abdomen/corset/thigh liposuction. I went back and forth on whether I really needed liposuction, but I decided to go for it, and after looking around all over I made up my mind to have it done by Dr. Joongjae Baek at TheLINE and just went for it..!! I looked into many places, but four things weighed heavily in my decision to choose TheLINE: 1. safety 2. reliable results 3. close location 4. fast recovery! After all, I had the surgery while working full time, so I had to save my vacation days and get straight back to work haha I liked the results I came across while researching, of course, and the fact that they use stem cells..? so you can recover safely and quickly was appealing. It's now been exactly 1 year since my surgery, so I wanted to write up how it's gone. First, I'm 10kg lighter than before surgery, and I'm maintaining it well while eating reasonably and doing nothing more than Pilates. My lower belly and thighs, which had been chronic worries, shrank noticeably, so I'm happy every time I get dressed. Everyone is surprised, asking when I lost all this weight, and I quite like the way I look in the mirror now, so mentally I'm doing well too. Early in recovery I worried about all sorts of things and got expensive massages and went through a lot mentally wondering if it was worth the money I spent, but now that the whole process is behind me I'm very satisfied and living with no regrets! There's still a scar on my lower abdomen, but it's not noticeable enough to bother me, so it's fine. I'm sure everyone is considering and researching this surgery for all kinds of reasons, and since it takes a lot of money and a fairly tough recovery period, I can't say I recommend it unconditionally!!!! But in the sense that it resolved one lifelong worry and lets me face the future with a healthier mindset, I'd like to recommend it. Happy end of the year, everyone!
