It has been one month since my lift surgery on the side of my chest and armpit area! I had it together with liposuction on the bra line and under the armpit. It has only been a month, but the biggest change I feel after surgery is that my overall contour looks much cleaner and more natural. Even when there is swelling, it does not look bumpy like before, and I can feel that the contour is holding. It keeps looking more natural as time goes by, so my satisfaction goes up every time I look in the mirror. The scars were less noticeable than I expected and I felt recovery was on the fast side. They hid the scars so well that they have faded to the point where you hardly see them unless you look closely. The bruising and swelling went down gradually as long as I followed the aftercare instructions. The major swelling settled down a lot after about 1 to 2 weeks, and once it went down the contour showed better and there is almost no inconvenience in daily life. They took such good care of me that I recovered faster than I expected, and whenever I felt anxious they explained things clearly, which put me at ease. Overall I am satisfied with both the recovery and the surgical result! It has only been a month so some swelling is left, but watching it go down bit by bit, I am really looking forward to the fully settled result.
