Now that it's been a month since surgery, you can clearly see my arm contour is tidier than before! The thickness is reduced especially when seen from behind, so I really notice it in short sleeves Even with my arms at my sides they stick out less than before, so I'm satisfied There's still swelling and I'm hoping more comes off~ It started going down from week 3, and at one month now the major swelling seems mostly resolved There are two scars near my armpits, and at one month they're still reddish, so I apply ointment to help them heal The bruising was almost entirely gone between weeks 2 and 3 and now it isn't visible Sometimes I feel a bit of minor swelling but it doesn't get in the way of daily life The overall recovery went more smoothly than I expected, and the best part was that daily life was barely affected The pain also stopped bothering me much after the first few days I can't wait for all the swelling to go so I can see the final contour
