It has been a year since Dr. Jaeho Cho at TheLINE did my arm liposuction :) My weight went up a bit over the holidays but the contour is the same, so I am satisfied. Now at the one-year mark people around me often ask if I lost weight. The heaviness of my upper body was a big worry, but that matronly heaviness is gone and I am happy. I am dieting until the end of the year, and once I slim down overall I think I will look even thinner with a better contour, so I am looking forward to it. Honestly from the day of surgery through day 7 it was hard especially sleeping and going to the bathroom But exactly one week later moving became incredibly easy, like magic -before surgery 66kg -1 week after surgery 65-66kg almost no weight change in this period -2 weeks after surgery 65kg the swelling started to come down a little from here and the contour started showing, no weight change -3 weeks after surgery 63kg this period is definitely the turning point -1 to 2 months after surgery 63kg until then I had no appetite and was uncomfortable so I ate whatever (I did eat all three meals).
