The swelling has clearly gone down compared to one month, and I used to avoid long-sleeve shirts because of my saggy upper arms, but these days I wear fitted shirts more often! They explained that scars puff up around this period, so I'll keep applying ointment and taking care of them! The suturing was so neat that I'm happy with the scars too hehehe At the two-month mark I started exercising a little, and I'll diet slowly to keep my contour!
