One month after abdomen and love handles. I feel the swelling going down more each day. My waistline in particular is slimmer, which makes me happy. Of course there's still some firmness, but I massage it out whenever that happens. My lat area still feels a bit stiff. Only a tiny bit of bruising is left and the scars are gradually fading too. I apply ointment every day and take care of them. I'll keep up the care until the day all the swelling is finally gone.
